All items are offered "As Is, Where Is." The Seller makes no warranties or representations regarding the description, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of any item. Item values are donor-declared or estimates only and are not warranted for tax or fair market value purposes.
All purchases are final — no exchanges or refunds. Full payment is due at the auction unless prior arrangements have been made. Purchased items, services, or experiences must be used at mutually agreed times between buyer and donor unless otherwise stated on the item certificate. Restrictions may apply. Unless otherwise noted, all items must be claimed and used by May 3, 2027. The Seller may add or withdraw items without notice.
Bidders assume all risks related to the auction and items purchased, and agree to hold harmless CHG, its agents, organizers, sponsors, donors, and volunteers from any liability. CHG is a nonprofit organization, and purchases are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
Silent Auction Bidding | The top written bid at the close of a silent auction section is a binding contract to purchase that item, including any "guaranteed bid" amount regardless of other bids. The Auctioneer has the absolute right to resolve any disputes, including by conducting an oral bid-off on the spot.
Live Auction Bidding | No bid is valid unless acknowledged by the Auctioneer, whose acknowledgment takes precedence over all others. The Auctioneer and Seller may reject any bid before an item is declared sold and may resolve disputes or re-offer or withdraw items at their discretion.
Fund-A-Need | Raise Your Paddle donations are accepted at the amount indicated by a paddle raise and are tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law. Bidders are responsible and liable for all commitments made.
